Linda Doherty has a wide array of experience consulting and coaching for development and personal growth over the past 20 years. She has designed and implemented large-scale platforms focused on improving organizational culture. Linda has collaborated with several world renowned authors and entrepreneurs on the development of corporate and business-wide leadership initiatives for executives, emerging leaders and new employees . She has worked with intact teams to conduct problem solving, strategic planning and process improvement sessions. Linda also has extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of many skill building sessions. She has consulted with several businesses including GE, Raytheon, Pitney Bowes, Oracle, Siemens, Korean Electric Power Corporation, Electric Generating Authority of Thailand and Kimberly Clark.
Linda has a BS in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University, is a graduate of General Electric’s Technical Sales Program and has served as an external faculty member for GE’s Leadership Institute in Ossining, NY. Linda enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with her family in upstate NY.
