logo-hbdi copyThe HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance indicator) is a non-judgmental personal assessment designed to measure thinking styles.   The tool, validated using brain wave analysis, highlights four distinct thinking styles – each with their own strengths and blind-spots. One of the key components of working with the HBDI is to create action plans designed to enhance a leader’s use of all four thinking styles.   The HBDI is used to enhance creativity, improve communication and teamwork.
