Willow Path’s overall appreciative approach to leadership development is to identify and leverage leaders’ strengths.   Our process for developing leaders includes improving self-knowledge through a variety of non-judgmental personal assessment tools.   Such tools provide ample information for self-reflection and assessing strengths and development needs.   The leader can build upon this information to create action plans designed to enhance her or his skills.
