Willow Path Consulting specializes in change consulting services and change acceleration client specific workshops. Our approach to change leadership emphasizes understanding and addressing the human side of change when developing your change acceleration plan. Our model and process will enable you to effectively lead and implement strategic, large scale changes as well as specific operational changes.
