Ingrid Tischler-DeTorres is a multi-talented consultant with proven success in a variety of industries and environments. Ingrid has over 25 years of professional experience; more than 10 of which have been in consulting. Her customer-centric approach has led to great achievements in areas such as leadership, communication and sales training; process improvement; teambuilding; strategic planning; change management and meeting design and facilitation. Ingrid’s passion is around engaging and improving people, and streamlining processes. She utilizes a fun and energetic approach and “cool tools” to maximize organizations’ effectiveness and efficiency.

Ingrid has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, with a Business Economics Minor from the State University of New York at Potsdam, and a Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University. She has been a Certified Instructor for GE’s Leadership Institute, Crotonville, since 2011. Growing up with six older brothers, Ingrid brings her hard-earned tenacity, humor and wit to her work, creating a dynamic and interactive environment. Ingrid and her family live in Celebration, FL (Orlando area), where she enjoys golfing, reading, exercising, volunteer/community work and “anything and everything” that allows her to spend time with her two active, amazing children. She loves to travel, domestically and internationally.
